About Tennis Villas

Tennis Villas is a gated condo community in Dana Point, California, that is perfect for the tennis enthusiast as well as residents who enjoy resort living.

Tennis Villas is comprised of 164 condos that feature between two and three bedrooms. Residents love the views of the Links Golf Course and the Pacific Ocean. Located by the St. Regis Resort, this neighborhood is also close to trails that lead to the Ritz Carlton Resort, as well as the Salt Creek Beach and Park. Community amenities include a swimming pool, spa, and clubhouse. And membership is available at the neighborhood’s tennis club.

The Tennis Villas community is served by the Capistrano Unified School District, which offers highly ranked facilities like John Malcom Elementary School and Marco Forster Middle School. Dana Hills High School is also top notch and opened in 1972 making it one of the oldest high schools in the region. Its cross country team has won several state titles. There are also several private schools in this city, such as Broderick Montessori School, Capo Beach Christian School, and Gloria Del Lutheran Preschool.

The City of Dana Point is a popular surfing destination, as it has one of the few Orange County coast harbors. The home industry has been building here since the early 1990’s with an array of condos, townhouses, and luxury estates. The city was named after Richard Henry Dana, Jr. who wrote Two Years Before the Mast, describing this area as the “only romantic spot on the coast.” The harbor is now bustling with activity, and features a replica of the Pilgrim, Dana’s ship. And today this is a California Historical Landmark.

Dana Point is the host to several yearly events including the Festival of Whales that began in 1972, and the Tall Ships Festival which is one of the largest events on the West Coast.
